2. Catering & Food Services

Carmen's Cajun Seafood & Catering provides catering and food pick-up/delivery services. By placing an order, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
• To pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card.
• That all sales are final once food preparation has begun, subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Catering orders represent a commitment of resources and ingredients. Cancellations must be made within the following timeframes:

• Catering Events: At least 72 hours notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations between 24-72 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
• Pick-up & Delivery: At least 4 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Carmen's Cajun Seafood & Catering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

We are licensed and insured in the state of Colorado and follow strict health and safety guidelines (ServSafe Kitchen Manager Certified).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Carmen's Cajun Seafood & Catering and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. Changes to Terms
